Sarah Palin: First-time Grandmother

People magazine reports that 18-year-old Bristol gave birth to a 7-pound, 4-ounce baby boy on Sunday in Palmer, Alaska.

Citing the sister of Bristol Palin's grandmother, the mag says Bristol and her fiancé Levi Johnston have named the baby Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston.
