K-Fed to Resurrect Rap Career!

Saturday, February 7, 2009

Perhaps resurrect is the wrong word, as it implies something was at least sort of significant, or at least existed, in the first place. But you get the point.

According to TMZ, Kevin Federline is officially trying to start / resume / bring back his rap career, and the peeps behind this? Bone Thugs-n-Harmony!

One of the members of the legendary Cleveland hip hop group, Krayzie Bone, actually admitted that he's in talks with the ex-husband of Britney Spears (and current girlfriend of Victoria Prince) and will give him a try-out of sorts.

"We will listen to his music and if its jumpin' off ... if we can do business ... Bone is all about doin' business," said the aforementioned Mr. Bone.

Feelin

Bone admitted he's never listened to previous K-Fed stuff, but nevertheless, the group (active and successful since 1991) seems to be genuinely interested.

As for taking a risk on a laughingstock, Bone is undeterred, stating that "We feel like we can work with anybody and have a platinum hit ... and our fan base are usually the ones who respect a man who has gone through a lot of sh!t."

That he has. For old times' sake, PLEASE watch the video below to see his first - and last - foray into rap: debut single "Lose Control" from 2006's Playing With Fire!
