To use one of our favorite How I Met Your Mother quotes from the great Barney Stinson, the Britney Spears audio clip below is legen ... [wait for it] ... dary!!

Seriously, you gotta love the classy, intelligent act that is Britney Spears.

After leaving the stage for a wardbrobe change at her most recent Circus tour stop, she apparently didn't realize her mic was still on. Hey, when you don't actually sing into the thing during the songs, you can forget it's even there!
