Lindsay Lohan Arrest Warrant Nixxxed

Tuesday, March 17, 2009

The warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan's arrest has been recalled.

Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, made quick work of it in a hearing that lasted just minutes, offering proof of the actress' compliance with her alcohol education program, and that was that. She is officially off the hook.

Lindsay Lohan didn't show in court.

The wreck will enroll in a new alcohol education program - she had "personality conflicts" with her old one - and will be back in court to prove it April 3.

The reason the arrest warrant was issued is that her alcohol ed program director told the court Lindsay missed three days of class in a 21-day period.

The program director sounded the alarm last week to the court, and that's when the judge in Beverly Hills issued a warrant for cops to arrest Lohan.

Lo Life

Lindsay Lohan in her drug- and booze-addled daze. And days.

Lindsay has been in an alcohol ed program for more than a year as part of her probation. As far as we know, there were no prior absences reported.

Of the three no-shows in 21 days, two if then were excused, Holley argued, and the third was blamed on paparazzi making it impossible for her.

Glad to hear she's off the hook and may now resume starting epic fights with Samantha Ronson that result in the police being called at her leisure.
