Brad Pitt Set to Meet with Nancy Pelosi

Brad Pitt is scheduled to take an important meeting in Washington D.C. on Thursday.
ET has learned that Brad will meet with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
Speaker Pelosi's office released the following statement to ET as to the reason for the meeting:
"They will be discussing Make it Right, a project launched in 2007 to construct affordable and environmentally-sustainable housing for low-income residents of the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans who lost their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina."
The 45-year-old Oscar- nominated actor and activist is in Washington D.C., where his partner Angelina Jolie is shooting her upcoming film, Salt.
