It recently emerged that the 23-year-old had dropped two dress sizes with the help of hypnotherapy.

Saturday, February 21, 2009The ‘Not Big’ hitmaker said that she is very comfortable with her healthy body and wouldn’t mind flaunting it.
"I’m just very comfortable in my body. I wouldn’t do it in a ''Hey, look at my boobs'' kind of way,” Contactmusic quoted Lily, as telling American show Extra .
Lily revealed that she has become very confident of her toned body, as her healthy lifestyle has done wonders to it.
"I was eating a lot of unhealthy food because it’s difficult to source fresh food when you’re on the road. When I came off the road and was living at home, I was making myself dinner and I’ve never been healthier,” Lily said.
